Receipt of work performed. I think the price was a little high for installing the following items. I called around some other Electricians within my area. They were half the price of this. They did perform the work as asked and within a timely manner. I should have shopped around first before I went with this company. The technicians were polite and responsive.

T.J. and Christian came out and fixed a problem I was having with my installation of a ceiling fan. The blue wire that connects the light somehow came loose in the attic. They suggested a remote. Worked fine, Problem solved. Now I can run the fan and light from my chair. No need to pull chains.

I found 24/7 on google for electricians in our area and contacted them. They were on tine very professional and pleasant to work with. I've honestly never interacted with anyone as rude as Christian from 24/7. I do understand my project wasn't a perfect one to undertake but I did expect a certain professional attitude from someone coming from a reputable business. I was on the phone with my husband when I noticed Christian on the job site. I thought I had hung up the phone but later my husband told me he heard everything Christian said to me and was shocked. My husband later told me to not talk to Christian at all and just take any paperwork and let him go away. I had a drywall man on the job at the time and he told me Christian was unprofessional as well when Christian came in complaining and not even wanting to look at the plans. Maybe it was a bad day for him but my own experience leads me to run from this business. Since then I have had others come into the project and give me professional opinions and quotes.

I called early yesterday for a breaker issue. I was told my appointment was between 2:00 - 4:00 that same afternoon. I was also told on the phone there would be a diagnostic charge. It was nice to know that up front. They arrived at 2:03. I also needed a new light switch for my closet. I was given a written quote to fix everything. By 3:00 my repairs were complete, and work areas were cleaned and vacuumed. This is the second time we have used this company, and will continue to call them for electrical service.

Bought a house and it needed a lot of work. We asked around and did our research and we were fortunate to find Christian for our electrical work. He is honest, hardworking, shows up when he says he will, and explains what the problem is and how much it will cost to fix it.
I had an electrician stay here and found him examining the electrical work, he had high praise for the quality of work and materials used.

Not only did he arrive promtly and complete the work in a timely matter, but the job ended up being cheaper than the original quote!
