I wanted to wait a few weeks before giving this company a review on our Tesla charging station. Franklin was quick to reply if I had any questions and he made sure to answer all of my concerns. Franklin sent one of his crew to do the install and it looked great. The installation is clean and the charging station is charging without any issues. I think his installer went above and beyond to the job.

Franklin the owner came out to assess how I can swap my stove outlet for a regular 110v for the fridge and vice versa for where the fridge is currently stationed. Hugo did a great job making sure the job was done right and was meticulous with the job. They also installed tracklights for my fitness room also. Overall, great quick reliable services. My appliances were delivered and installed with no issues using new outlets.

We needed help with our outdoor lighting on our commercial building. 1st Touch Electric was professional throughout the entire process, from providing an estimate to troubleshooting and repair. The technician arrived in their company vehicle which had a built-in lift (other companies said they would need to charge extra for a lift rental). We did have an issue during the repair which they were quick to resolve. I will call upon them again should the need arise and I highly recommend using their services. Great company to work with!

A worker from this suppose to be Licensed establishment came out and installed a 240 Amp car charger outlet for me and it probably took twice as long as it should of since he had to call by the company a few times and appeared to be kind of lost/overwhelmed with the job. They even brought him out another circuit switch that didn't appear to bit since I found one on my work bench in garage 1 day later and the wrong size for the Panel. After he finally left out Kitchen Oven was working. I called the business owner I believe and told me that when they got time they'd come out and check the job out in which never happened. I paid him $525. fo9r the job in which the 240 Amp. outlet does work. I called another Electrician out in which they found a loose wire in the Panel and guess what the Oven starting working once again after he solidly got it hooked up in the Panel once again. I had to pay them $350.00 but before that I had GE appliance out in which also cost me $128.95 for the Service call to tell me that there was no power to the Oven from the circuit Panel. I sent a letter to 1st. touch Electrical, Inc. and I believed they told me that they would refund me $478.95 for these 2 items but never received a dime. I have even contacted BBB and have still haven't heard anything back from them as well other than for one Email stating that the Company is ware of the problem they caused?. I recommend you stay clear of this Company before you get burned too.

These guys are very hard to get a hold of. After Myra returned my call, Luis came out to work on my exterior landscape lighting. He decided not to finish the job. Apparently his boss Franklin (not personable) made him go to another job site. It took 3 days for Franklin to call me back. Franklin said he would need another transformer and more supplies. They even took all my extra Low power electric cable when they left.. A complete scam from 1st touch. Do not trust them. I had a handyman out from craigslist and they finished the job and no need for another transformer... Be careful with this group
