I used yelp to get quotes on installing a ceiling fan in my area. I was contacted immediately by multiple companies, but 1st Choice has the lowest quote and was available to come out the same day. The electrician who arrived was very professional and worked fast. He was punctual and completed the job without any problems. I highly recommend them and will use this company again for my future electric needs!

Was very pleased with serve from 1st choice electric. Was looking for an electrician to help with a connectivity issue with my washer/dryer. Ryan responded quickly to my inquiry and scheduled an appt with to review the problem. While he was onsite he provided us with an estimate for some future electrical projects we are looking to complete. Very professional, knowledgeable and reasonable in cost.

Jerrett and his crew very highly recommended very nice people and professionally they did a awesome job at my home . Great service and communication. ... Ryan replaced a bathroom ceiling fan which im sure was a little more work than expected, with that being said he still honored the original quote over the phone... he arrived on time and left the room clean ... definitely using 1st Choice for future projects

Just had a Ceiling Fan installed, light switches replaced, porch lights hung. Jerrot and his crew were awesome. The new fan they installed is the only one in the home done correctly and does not wobble. After they were done they did a great job cleaning up it was like they were never there. They were very friendly and nice to the whole family.

Horrible Customer Service and Communication! This rating is based solely on customer service and communication. I never got the chance to actually use the his service. My quick story starts like this: I need some repairs done to my home. I looked on Yelp (as I always do) for someone with a 5 star rating. I found this company. I sent a message asking for a an estimate. I received a message back stating the estimate is free and they would be down to do a walk through the next day. Well, they never showed up. I sent messages and nothing. Then a few hours later I get a message saying he was tied up and could not call or message me. So ask ask when he could come do the estimate. He then tells me it's $75 bucks. It's not the fact that I'm being charged, I feel it's fair to pay something for an estimate. However it's not good to cut communication and not showing up. I had requested that day off just to get the estimate done and hopes of him doing the work that day. It was a waste of time and money. This company has 5 Stars, they may be great at what they do. But as for customer service, communication and ethics - they are lousy. They also don't stand behind their word.

Whether it be with price or with electricity, no one wants to get shocked!!! (You see what I did there?) 1st Choice did a great job handling both the financial and operation side of the project. The price was very reasonable and the work was done in a timely fashion. I'm hoping to gather my dollars together and finally take care of some other electrical projects that I've been holding off on, and can confidently know that I have a company that I can rely on to get the job done right.
