Make sure you do your back work before calling.. They charged me $95 to basically tell me that my light fixture was broken. If you don't know what the issue is make sure you find out first because they are more than happy to just look at your issue and charge you the full service fee.

Late post. Had service done on my house in the first weeks of October. They're very quick and do an amazing job. Called them for two jobs and both times i received quick and excellent service. Will definitely be using there services again. The pricing is reasonable and I highly recommend them.

My hard-wired smoke alarm was beeping throughout the night, which caused me great concern about the wiring, etc. I called 1-Step Up Electric and they came within an hour, replaced the smoke alarm and another item that needed attention. They even fixed another non-electric item without charge. This is a wonderful company. I will call them again.

I used this Electrician for the first time at my house. I thought his price was high compared to other electricians I've used. When he arrived at my house he did not take his boots off and tracked dirt and mud into my house. He was able to find the source of the problem, but since he left I'm having other electrical issues. I will not be calling him anymore.

Use their service twice in the past month for a few improvements in the second house in Redlands. The whole experience felt like working with your family members (in a good way).
