We are so lucky to have Jeff work with us on a variety of projects in our house over the years. We have had him install light fixtures, dimmers, motion detection security lights, check outlets, and a variety of other projects.

The quality of Jeff's work is top notch- he comes on time, he's prepared, he's knowledgeable, he's patient (with our many questions and with finicky small parts), he cares about the finished product (he's great about letting us know if there are parts that are visible and colored and what will match our home best), he's efficient, and he cleans up the area that he's worked at. I remember the first time we had him over for a project; after finishing up, he went back to his truck and came back with a vacuum cleaner that he used to clean up all the dust in the work area. That is just one example of the deep consideration Jeff brings to every job. He's great at details; he always leaves us with instructions or parts that come with any item he's working with. He's also good at communicating, he's timely and clear.

Over the years we have come to trust Jeff completely regarding all projects electric, he's honest and straightforward. We've asked him for help on a variety of projects on our 1955 Mid-Century Modern house, and he's done research for us to help us achieve what we were hoping for- most recently for a dining room chandelier that we wanted swagged. We were out of town and totally comfortable just handing over our access keys to Jeff- we trust him completely.

We are planning to move to S.Ca, and we will miss Jeff, he's a gem.

After a power outage this morning we had several appliances go out including our refrigerator. We figured it had to be an electrical problem, so we checked Yelp and called Jeff at 1Source. What a guy! Jeff came out this evening at 7:30, checked the GFIs in our outlets, and after doing whatever magic he did with that, lo and behold, the refrigerator came on! We were very happy both with Jeff's customer service and his expertise. We have some additional things he's going to work on tomorrow - so glad we found him on Yelp!

Jeff was great. He's definitely a master of his craft, and put up with allll my questions. He also saved me money by being honest about the cost/reward of paying him to go on a wild goose chase since all our vital electricity needs had been solved. He didn't have to do that and I would not have known better, which is very important to me.
