I had the best experience with 1 Source Electric. I called late Thursday evening not expecting to hear back until the next day. Jeff called me back within a few hours. I told him the issue. He was very patient in hearing the details and asked many questions to get a good understanding of the situation. He was able to come the next day. He came on time and communicated very well. He was very thorough in the troubleshooting and was able to spot the problem and fix it. As he was troubleshooting he was able to let me know what he's doing and why. I learned so much in the few hours. You can tell he is very experienced and very knowledgeable. I would recommend 1 Source Electric to anyone. I will be only calling him with any troubleshoot and maintenance issues. I honestly appreciate the whole experience from the moment I called to the moment he left with the issue fixed.

I contacted Jeff after I waited a week for another contractor to fix an issue with my circuit breakers. Luckily for me, I had to give up on that contractor, or else, I would have never found Jeff.

Jeff responded very quickly. I emailed him on 2/1/22 and he responded the same day. On 2/2/22, I sent a few pictures of the panel box and then, he talked to me on the phone that evening. I scheduled an appointment with him for the next afternoon. He arrived right on time and took a look at the panel box. He figured out what needed to be done and proceeded to fix the issues. Jeff is very focused on his work and is determined to do the right thing. He even found additional issues and asked if I wanted to address them while he was there. Additionally, he cleaned off a couple of circuit breakers, tested the house outlets, and gave me some information that I did not know about the status of my kitchen outlets. I definitely was grateful for his follow through and sticking with me to complete the job. I think that he may have even had to push back another appointment in order to do so.

I'm a senior taking care of my mother, and I don't always feel comfortable letting people in my house. Jeff is a really good guy, and I trusted him almost immediately. He shares his knowledge with you, answers any questions, and is so easy to talk to. He is very professional, and you can trust his work ethics. I don't think that he would accept a job if someone asked him to take any shortcuts that would lead to a safety problem, as some others may.

I'm grateful that I met Jeff, and he'll be the only person that I call for electrical problems from here on. He is one of a kind!

Jeff is exceedingly knowledgeable and troubleshot a bunch of problems that resulted from a variety of prior work. He got back to me right away and he keeps evening hours, which was really convenient for us. He gave us a thorough written diagnosis of the issues to help us get the help we needed. The only downside is that he is so busy he couldn't perform the work he diagnosed. But if you have electrical troubleshooting and repair work and are lucky enough to catch him when he is available, I definitely recommend him!

What a nice guy! It's hard to find honest, reliable people these days. I called Jeff telling him about my electrical problems on a Saturday morning, I explained it was the old I put a space heater in the garage for my cat and now the outlet or the outside lights don't work, he said he could help me later in the afternoon but wanted to try some things over the phone first to see if he could save me some money. I told him I had already tried twice to reset the breakers, Jeff walked me through specifically how to do it and sure enough I was doing it wrong . Instantly fixed my problem over the phone! I'm keeping his number a good honest reliable electrician is golden !
